characteristic

1. Good self-lubricity, no maintenance is required in the later stage

2. In terms of wear-resistant applications, the lifespan of ordinary PEEK is more than 60% higher than that of nylon.

3. Stable size coefficient and temperature resistance, swelling rate in hydrocarbons <0.1%

4. It can replace bronze/steel and other applications in some applications, with a weight reduction of up to 70%.

5. Low friction coefficient: 0.10–0.15 (dry operation)

6. The pressure bearing speed limit (PV value) can reach 3.5 MPa • m/s, and the compressive strength can reach 120 MPa

7. Wear rate: <0.5×10⁻⁶Cubic mm/N/M (ASTM G99 standard)

8. The working temperature range of finished products: -50°C to +250°C

9. Chemical resistance can be excellent in acid resistance, organic solvents and steam.
