Characteristic

1. Low Hardness: The material hardness reaches Shore Hardness 63A.

2. Excellent Mechanical Properties: It has a high elongation at break, outstanding resilience, a tear strength of 64kN/m, and good flex resistance, so it is not easy to break under cyclic stress.

3. Weather Resistance and Low-Temperature Resistance: It possesses weather resistance and can resist factors such as ultraviolet rays, oxidation and climate changes.

4. Wear Resistance: It has excellent wear resistance and is suitable for high-friction applications.

5. Chemical Stability: It has chemical resistance, capable of withstanding the erosion of chemical substances like acids, alkalis and solvents. Meanwhile, it also has relatively good oil resistance, oxygen resistance and ozone resistance.

6. Processability: It can be processed by common thermoplastic material processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion and calendering. It can also be co-processed with some polymer materials to form polymer alloys.

7. Application Fields: It is widely used in the field of flexible components, such as sports protective gear, mechanical parts, seals, and shoe materials.
